"We have an existing web app built in Replit that needs to be transformed into a production-ready mobile app. The app includes multiple features such as onboarding, user profiles, directories, marketplace functionality, messaging, events, and lightweight admin access. It should be packaged for Android and prepared for future iOS expansion.



Milestones (4 parts)
App structure setup, navigation, and core screens
User profiles, directories, and marketplace flows
Messaging, events, cart, and admin features
QA testing with bugfixes, performance optimization, deployment to Play Store
& iOS
