"When people search for my site the Google result shows Chinese characters instead of the English title and description it used to display. The site content itself is 100 % English, I have not made any recent changes to either the content or the settings, and I am not running any SEO or translation plugins.

I need someone who can quickly trace why Google has picked up the wrong language—whether it is a meta-tag issue, a hacked page, incorrect hreflang data, or something hidden in the sitemap—and then restore the proper English snippets so my rankings are not hurt. Once the root cause is fixed, I also want the updated pages resubmitted to Search Console so Google re-indexes them correctly.

Key deliverables:
