"I’m Shuaib, founder of PetSense, an AI-powered platform on a mission to turn the way we understand and care for our pets into a data-driven, intuitive experience. The prototype is ready to move from lab to living room, and I’m opening several core positions to make that happen.

The roles I’m recruiting for right now are ML Engineer, Mobile App Developer, Backend Developer, UI/UX Designer, and Marketing Lead. Each position is remote, project-based to start, with plenty of room to evolve into longer-term collaboration as we hit milestones.

A few particulars to know up front:
• The mobile app must ship seamlessly to both iOS and Android, so experience (or genuine confidence) in cross-platform development is essential for anyone eyeing the Mobile App Developer seat.
• Our ML work is focused on behavioural and audio-visual signals from pets; if you thrive on model experimentation, optimisation, and live deployment, you’ll feel right at home.
• We run a modern backend stack and keep an obsession for clean architecture, security, and scalability.
• Design and marketing efforts will revolve around a warm, trustworthy brand voice that resonates with everyday pet parents.

Tooling is flexible as long as it gets us to production quickly—think TensorFlow/PyTorch, React Native/Flutter, Node/Python, Figma, and the growth stack you’re most comfortable with.
