Overview

Build a modern, standards-aligned WordPress website for Ferris Group (Facilities Consulting • Est. 1969).

Translate the approved one-page prototype and site plan into a full, editable WordPress site with modular blocks/components.

Goals & Objectives

Clearly present Ferris Group’s services and standards alignment (ISSA CIMS-GB ↔ APPA).

Showcase the benchmarking workflow KPI → APPA → QA → QC → $/sqft and Butler FM technology integration (Technology → Equipment Optimization → AI).

Generate qualified leads via:

“Ask Mr. Ferris a Question” form.

“Book a Consultation” CTA (header shows “Book Free Consultation (paid by ISSA)”).

Support case studies and downloadable 1-pagers (PDFs).
