Project description:
"The project is a full-stack build of an unfiltered, Glassdoor-style platform where employees can post candid company reviews, browse salary insights and explore active job listings—all in one place. Reviews must be publishable either anonymously or under a user profile, with the interface making that choice clear at the moment of submission.

Authentication will rely on email verification as well as quick entry through major social media logins. While the tone of the site is intentionally raw, the codebase still needs robust moderation hooks, flagging tools and a legally sound disclaimer framework so that we are ready for inevitable take-down requests and potential legal scrutiny.

Core deliverables
• Responsive web app (desktop & mobile) with sections for company reviews, salary data and job listings
• Dual review flow that supports both anonymous and profile-attached posts without exposing personal details
• User system with email confirmation and social sign-in, plus a simple admin dashboard to manage flagged content
• Search, filtering and sorting across companies, roles and salary ranges for quick discovery
• Scalable backend (Node.js, Django or similar) with a well-structured database ready for future analytics
• Clear documentation covering deployment, environment variables and the moderation/legal workflow

A clean, modern UI (React, Vue or comparable) is preferred, and the finished code should be production-ready on a cloud host such as AWS, GCP or DigitalOcean.
