"I want to go from zero to “Published” on Google Play with minimal friction. The job breaks down into three clear milestones:

1. Register and fully verify a brand-new Google Play Console in my name, handling the payment profile, identity check, and any policy questionnaires until the dashboard shows the account is ready for uploads.
2. Design and build a simple information-display Android app. I have no artwork or colour scheme, so please propose a clean Material-style UI, supply the graphics, and package the project in Android Studio (AAB preferred). The app can be a single screen that presents static text or web-fetched content—functionality is deliberately lightweight.
3. Upload the build, configure the store listing, run a closed/internal test, and guide it all the way to “Live” status. Share test invitations, fix show-stopper issues if Google flags any, and leave me with the keystore plus a short how-to for future updates.

I am open to your creative input on branding as long as the result looks polished and passes Google’s policy review. If you already have experience sailing through Play Console checks, that’s a major plus." (client-provided description)
