"I need a mobile application to be developed for both iOS and Android, with successful deployment and approval on the App Store and Google Play Store. Later, the app should also be integrated with Google AdMob for monetization and approval.

The app will be without a login system—any user should be able to directly view the content. The main feature will be to display photos and videos uploaded by the admin.

For content management, a web-based admin portal will be required, where the admin can easily upload and manage photos and videos.

I will provide the complete UI/UX design, and the development should strictly follow the provided design.

I will also provide my App Store and Google Play Store developer accounts for publishing the application. This means the developer will not need to pay any additional developer account fees.

Payment Terms:

50% payment upon successful development and delivery of the app.

25% payment after the app is published and approved on both App Store and Google Play Store.
