Project description:
"I need a complete mobile solution that lets everyday users recharge mobile numbers, DTH and data cards, settle utility bills for electricity, water and gas, and handle other small digital payments from a single place. The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, feel instantly responsive and stay rock-solid when traffic spikes.

Key user-facing features I expect include secure log-in, multiple payment routes (UPI, debit/credit cards and wallets), an at-a-glance transaction history, real-time push notifications and a built-in cashback / rewards engine to keep engagement high. On the business side, agents should open a dedicated panel where they can see live commissions, track payouts and download concise reports. From my end I’ll need an admin console for onboarding partners, setting commission slabs and monitoring transactions.

Security and scalability sit at the centre of the project. Please follow current best practices for data encryption in transit and at rest, token-based authentication, role-based access and clean audit logs. The backend should scale horizontally without service interruption and expose a RESTful or GraphQL API for future integrations.
