Project description:
"I have a Mikrotik hAP ax3 that needs to run a simple, reliable hotspot. I already designed the two web pages—[login to view URL] and [login to view URL]—and I want the router to serve them in this order:
1. A user connects to the Wi-Fi and is pushed to my branded login page.
2. They enter a username and password.
3. Upon successful login, the video page plays automatically (short clip, local file).
4. When the clip ends, the user is granted internet access and is automatically redirected to an external website of my choosing.
The login page must keep the custom colors, logo, and text I supply, and everything should scale cleanly on both phones and tablets.
You can work through WinBox, WebFig, or an export/import script—whatever is fastest for you—but I need:
• A ready-to-import RouterOS configuration (or step-by-step commands) implementing the hotspot, walled-garden video flow, and final redirect.
• Any small tweaks required on my two HTML files so they work perfectly with the RouterOS hotspot engine.
• A quick test plan I can repeat to confirm the flow on mobile and tablet before we close the job.
If you’ve set up Hotspot on RouterOS 7 before and are comfortable with custom host-pot pop-ups, this should be straightforward. Let’s get this running." (client-provided description)
