"I need a complete, production-ready website that will serve as an online journal covering International news, broken down into three core sections: Politics, Economy, and Entertainment.

I already have hosting arranged and a domain secured; what I’m missing is the full site build—design, CMS setup, category structure, and any custom functionality needed for a smooth editorial workflow. I’m leaning toward WordPress or another mainstream CMS so editors can publish quickly, schedule posts, and embed multimedia without touching code, but I’m open to proposals if you have a better idea that still keeps maintenance simple.

Key tasks I expect you to own:
• Craft a clean, responsive front-end with intuitive navigation that showcases the three sections prominently on both desktop and mobile.
• Configure the back-end so writers can tag stories by region, topic, and urgency, then push them live with one click.
• Set up user roles for editors, contributors, and admins, with security best practices in mind.
• Integrate SEO basics (schema, meta tags, fast load times) and social-share buttons so stories travel well.
• Provide a style guide or brief hand-over document so our in-house team can manage the site confidently after launch.
