"I run a health & wellbeing promotion website and need a seasoned PHP-MySQL developer with a minimum of two years’ solid experience to take it to the next level. The platform already has a working code-base; what I’m looking for now is someone who can:

• Upgrade and refactor existing modules without breaking current user flows.
• Design and build fresh features—specifically interactive tools such as mood or habit quizzes, sleep trackers, nutrition/activity dashboards and similar utilities that encourage mental health and all-round wellbeing (food, activity, sleep, emotion).
• Optimise MySQL queries, tighten security around user data and authentication, and ensure the site runs smoothly across modern PHP versions.

You’ll be diving into an MVC-style structure that uses Bootstrap and a sprinkle of jQuery on the front end; clean, well-commented code and Git-based version control are a must. If you’ve worked with RESTful APIs or lightweight JavaScript frameworks, even better—we may expose endpoints for future mobile apps.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Upgraded, fully tested core modules pushed to our staging branch.
2. At least one new interactive tool (quiz or tracker) complete with database schema, back-end logic, and responsive UI.
3. Brief technical documentation outlining setup, tables added/changed, and any third-party libraries used.
