Project description:
"I need a complete, production-ready food ordering and delivery solution that covers Android, iOS, and a matching responsive website. The user-facing app must be smooth and intuitive, built around:

• 14 dynamic pages (menu browsing, cart, etc.)
• 3 static pages
• 2 splash screens that load instantly

Multiple secure payment gateways have to be available at checkout—Credit/Debit, PayPal, Samsung Pay and any others you can reliably add—running through a PCI-compliant flow. New users register with phone-based OTP; I plan to leverage Firebase Authentication for this.

Security is a hard requirement. Databases, APIs and mobile code should withstand common OWASP and platform-specific attacks. Please factor encryption at rest, HTTPS/TLS everywhere, input sanitisation and secure coding practices into your architecture.

An admin environment is also part of the job. From one place I want to:

– fully manage and monitor the ordering and delivery processes.
– Track every order from creation to doorstep delivery
– Receive customer feedbacks, contact messages, and exception alerts
– Pull basic sales and operations reports (CSV export is fine)

Flutter is my preferred framework , but if you show a stronger case for React Native, Kotlin/Swift pairs, or another stack that still meets all the above, I am open. What matters is performance, maintainability and clean, well-documented code.

Deliverable acceptance:
1. Source code in a private repo with readme and build scripts.
2. Staging builds on TestFlight, Google Play Console and a hosted web URL.
3. Short security test report confirming the hardening steps taken.
4. A quick walk-through call so I can see the admin tools and basic workflows in action.
