Client
• Sign up (email/phone + verification code)
• Choose plan, pay, instant chat access
• SOS button: connect to the nearest available psychologist
• Single chat: history persists even if psychologists change
• Manage subscription: renew, upgrade/downgrade, cancel

Psychologist
• Secure login
• Set availability schedule
• Receive new chats (auto or manual)
• View client history + profile card (age, topic, notes)
• Ability to take over a colleague’s dialogue without notifying the client

Administrator
