"My site’s Lighthouse scores need a clear boost across Performance, Accessibility, and SEO. I want measurable gains for both mobile and desktop, with the homepage treated as the benchmark page for all optimisations.

You’ll dig into the current report, identify the bottlenecks, implement fixes, and hand back an updated Lighthouse report that demonstrates the improvements you made. Techniques may include asset minification, lazy-loading, critical CSS, semantic HTML tweaks, structured-data updates, and any other changes you deem necessary.

Deliverables
• Baseline Lighthouse snapshot (taken before you start)
• Updated homepage Lighthouse report after your work
• Concise changelog outlining what was adjusted and why

Acceptance criteria
The after-work report must show noticeable, across-category gains in Performance, Accessibility, and SEO for both device emulations.
