"I have a wordpress theme called houzez. Theme is setup already and functional.

I just need somethings finished up such as:
1. add up to 10 inventory items to be migrated from another site
2. make pop up lead capture that can be selected to work on any page i choose the pop up to work on (page specific)
3. make contact forms (lead capture) forms nicer and more functional
4. add or remove some pages and add content
5. play with the graphics to make it look nicer

Main thing is to make it look nice with relevant information and fill in the blanks i will be making a pop up for lead capture purposes and it needs to be user friendly to edit, clean and crisp and professional look and feel.
