"I’m building a fast-moving marketplace where customers can buy and instantly receive both physical goods and digital products. The core of the project is a mobile-first app that handles browsing, checkout, and real-time delivery or download in a single, streamlined flow.

Key features I know I’ll need:
• Two distinct profile types so buyers and sellers each get dashboards tailored to their roles—order history, earnings, inventory, ratings, and basic analytics.
• A unified catalog that can flag items as “ship now” or “instant download,” with the correct fulfilment logic triggered automatically.
• Secure payment processing, refunds, promo codes, and wallet balance.
• Order-status updates pushed in real time (think WebSocket, Firebase, or similar).
• An admin panel for me to moderate listings, resolve disputes, and run marketplace fees.

I’m open to the tech stack, but I gravitate toward React Native or Flutter for speed of release and a robust REST or GraphQL backend. If you have a stronger recommendation, let’s discuss it along with any out-of-the-box services—Stripe, AWS, or Firebase—that can shorten development time without locking us in.
