An owner can create a listing, upload a minimum of five images, set tiered pricing (hour/day/week), and have the listing live immediately.

After checkout, the booking appears in both the renter’s and owner’s dashboards, triggering appropriate confirmation messages.

Reviews can only be left for completed trips, and average ratings should display on the listing page.
