All briefs, assets, and timelines live inside project management tools—think Trello, ClickUp, or Jira—so status updates, comments, and file hand-offs stay organized in one place without endless email threads.

Here is the usual flow:
• A ticket lands in your queue with scope, assets, and deadline.
• You ask clarifying questions inside the tool, deliver the work, and mark it ready for review.
• I provide feedback within the same thread; once approved, payment is released.

You can set your own hours as long as agreed deadlines are met, and there will be a consistent pipeline of small to mid-sized tasks to keep things interesting.
