"I need a clean, responsive website that lets prospective tenants quickly learn everything about my apartment rental. The site’s primary goal is to present rental information—no online booking or payment processing—just clear, up-to-date details that help visitors decide and then contact me.

Core content
• Dynamic pricing details I can edit without touching code
• An availability calendar that I update in seconds and that shows “booked / free” at a glance
• A short, engaging neighborhood guide covering transport, cafés, gyms, parks, etc.

Key features
• Interactive map (Google Maps or similar) pinned to the exact address and nearby points of interest
• Customer reviews section so past renters can leave testimonials and photos
• Contact form that forwards enquiries to my email and stores submissions in the dashboard for backup

What matters to me
The design must load fast, look great on mobile, and let me maintain everything from a simple admin panel—WordPress, Webflow, or any modern CMS you’re comfortable with is fine as long as updates are straightforward. Basic on-page SEO (meta titles, alt tags, clean URLs) and a privacy policy page round out the build.
