"I’m building a cross-platform marketplace that lets property owners list rentals and lets seekers find their next home. The app must be written in Flutter and backed by Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) so we can launch simultaneously on iOS and Android.

Core workflow
• Users sign up or log in, then land on a profile that adapts to their role—owner or seeker.
• Owners create listings with descriptions and a set of photos stored in Firebase Storage.
• Seekers browse listings and refine results by location, price, and number of bedrooms.
• Anyone can tap the heart icon to save favourites.
• Secure in-app messaging connects seekers with owners without exposing personal details.

I need you to take the project from blank repo to store-ready release, covering UI/UX design, Flutter development, Firebase setup, testing, and deployment support.
