Project description:
"I need a straightforward mobile app for both iOS and Android that lets each user create their own daily reminders. A user should be able to pick the exact hour and receive a notification that can include rich text, an image, or a link that opens inside the app or in an external browser. Even when the app is closed the alert must arrive reliably, so background scheduling has to respect the latest iOS and Android guidelines.

Alongside the user-side features, I also want an admin console (web or in-app) where I can compose a one-off broadcast—again with text, an image, and/or a link—and push it instantly to everyone. User-scheduled items and my broadcasts should live happily together in the notification tray without clashing.

Timeline is flexible; quality and stability come first.
