"I need a fresh set of expert eyes on my corporate website to uncover any friction points that may still linger. The focus is strictly on two areas—overall usability (navigation, content clarity, user journeys) and core functionality (forms, interactive elements, links, search, account features).

Please run the tests on all three device categories—desktop, tablet, and mobile—so I can be confident the experience is consistent everywhere.

Deliverables
• A concise test plan outlining the scenarios you covered and the tools or browser/device combinations you used.
• A clear issue log in spreadsheet or tracker format, listing steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and priority level.
• Supporting proof such as screenshots, short screen recordings, or console logs where relevant.
• A brief summary report with quick-win recommendations for each priority issue.
