"I want to bring my plushie line to life through a mobile companion app that works on both iOS and Android. Every toy will ship with a single-use access code or QR Code so the first task is to build a secure redemption flow (manual entry or QR scan) that unlocks content for that specific user.

Once inside, they should find a library of short videos featuring the plushie characters. I’m open to any animation style—2D, 3D or even stop-motion—as long as it feels playful and high-quality.

Interactivity is just as important as the videos. The initial release must include:
• A few simple, plushie-themed games
• Light educational mini-lessons tied to the characters
• A basic music-creator room where kids can mix loops or trigger character sounds

A lightweight CMS or Firebase back-end will help me upload new episodes and game levels without another code push, so please factor that in. If you like working in Unity, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin with Firebase, or a similar stack, let me know your preference—I’m flexible as long as we hit smooth performance on tablets and phones.

Deliverables I need to sign off:
1. iOS and Android builds ready for App Store / Google Play submission
2. Admin panel or CMS for content uploads and code management
3. Source files for all animations and game assets
4. Documentation covering set-up, future updates, and the one-time code algorithm
