"I’m putting together a full-featured blog site and need someone who can handle every step of the website development process. The site’s sole purpose is content publishing, so the focus is on a clean reading experience, intuitive admin panel for posts and categories, solid SEO, and fast load times.

Although this is primarily a website build, I selected Android as the eventual mobile target, so please architect the back-end with API endpoints and authentication that can be consumed later by an Android app without major rework.

Preference is for a modern, maintainable stack—WordPress with custom theme, Ghost, or a React/[login to view URL] front end with Node or Firebase on the back. Use whichever you feel is best but explain your reasoning and how it keeps us flexible for Android integration.

Deliverables
• Responsive blog site deployed on my hosting
• Admin dashboard for content, images, tags, and comments
• Source code in a Git repo with clear commit history
• Brief setup & user guide (PDF or Markdown)
• Outline of how the same back-end will serve an Android app in phase two
