"My Shopify store is moving from its current cloud-hosted domain to a brand-new one on the same cloud infrastructure, and the switch has to be invisible to customers and search engines alike. I already have full control-panel access to the old host, so you can pull whatever server or DNS records you need without delay.

Primary objectives
• Point the new domain’s DNS to the correct cloud resources and confirm propagation.
• Create comprehensive 301 redirects for every existing URL so organic rankings and backlinks stay intact.
• Scrub the site for internal links, image paths, canonical tags, sitemap entries, and make sure none break after cut-over.
• Run pre- and post-migration audits (Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or comparable) to prove zero 404s and no duplication issues.

Success is measured by:
– The store loading flawlessly on the new domain within the agreed maintenance window.
– All legacy URLs permanently redirecting (HTTP 301, not 302).
