"I have a production dashboard already in place for a healthcare-services client, but we lost the original developers and several pieces are still rough or missing. I need someone who can step in quickly, polish what exists, and finish the unfinished tiles plus their drill-down pages.

First, the overall look needs tightening: fresh CSS touches, cleaner chart layouts, and some new graphics so every screen feels consistent, modern, and on-brand.

Tile #1 – Policy Management
Clinics must be able to open a policy right in the browser, edit it, and submit it for review. My client then reviews, adds a comment, and approves or denies. An automatic email should confirm every action to both parties.

Tile #2 – Rural Health Clinic Certification
This module walks a clinic through each certification step, shows current progress, and fires automated reminders when tasks are due. The deep-dive page should also let the clinic generate a summary report at any point.

Tile #3 Emergency Preparedness
