"I need a streamlined, end-to-end pipeline that takes RAW real-estate photos as soon as they land in a Google Drive folder, recognises what kind of shot each file is, applies the right Lightroom look automatically, and then drops three finished versions—master, web and print—back into Drive. The sole reason for this build is to simplify and speed up our editing workflow; everything else is secondary.

The system breaks down into two intelligent modules you will create:

• Brain A – the categoriser: it must scan each incoming file, detect whether it’s a modern dusk exterior, an older interior daylight image, an HDR stack, a panorama, or an ambient/flash pair, and tag it accordingly.

• Brain B – the editor: based on that tag, it applies the matching Lightroom (or other RAW-aware) preset/profile, performs any needed merges or blends, then exports the three output variants with the correct naming convention.

I’ll give you unrestricted access to our labelled photo library for training, and the first version can live entirely on Google Drive using whatever cloud or local compute you prefer. Later we’ll fold it into our own platform, so clean, modular code is important.

What I’m looking for in your reply is clear evidence of experience building automated imaging, ML classification or Lightroom SDK solutions. If you have existing demos, technical write-ups or live pipelines in production, link them—seeing real-world results matters more than a lengthy proposal.

Timeline: ASAP. The sooner we can test a working prototype, the better; we’ll iterate from there.

Acceptance criteria for the initial delivery:
• ≥95 % categorisation accuracy on a validation set I provide
• Correct preset application and export of master (full-res), web (sRGB 2048px) and print (300 dpi, CMYK) files
• End-to-end run triggered automatically when a new folder appears in Drive, with status logging I can review
