1. Item Database with Full Style Details

Each clothing item should be stored with the following information:

Photo(s)

Description

Style Code

Fabric content

Vendor/Company

Price (cost and/or retail)

Size range

Colorways

Tags for Season (e.g., Fall '25) and Category (e.g., Outerwear, Dresses)


I want to be able to filter and search items by season, vendor, category, or keyword.

2. Trade Show / Market Visit Tab

While at trade shows or vendor showrooms, I want to:

Quickly snap a photo, write a note or description, and immediately assign it to a brand and season

Later review these entries and move them into the main clothing database if selected

Optionally upload older photos from my camera roll later


This section should be optimized for speed and simplicity, so I don’t waste time while browsing styles.

3. Season-Based Organization

The program should include tabs or folders by season, like "Fall 2025" or "Holiday 2024"

Within each season, I want to see all styles selected, including summaries of what’s been ordered and what’s pending

I’d also like to upload old season files or pictures when needed

Technical Notes & Hosting

I am open to suggestions, but I think the best solution is a mobile + web app combo, with cloud syncing between devices.

I’m okay with using a VPS (Virtual Private Server) or any recommended cloud backend (Firebase, Supabase, etc.)

App should be scalable and secure, as it will grow over time and hold a lot of photos and data.
