"Hello! We are a team working for a consulting company. We are looking for a developer to create a simple web app that allows us to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of consulting and IT projects.
The app should include:
1. Workdays estimation: based on three elements (AS IS assessment, Target Model Design, IT development). Each element will be rated from 1 (very easy) to 5 (very difficult), producing a total between 20 and 120 workdays.
2. Consultant role selection: users must be able to choose the type and number of consultants (Strategy, Senior Strategy, IT, Senior IT), each with predefined annual variable and fixed costs.
3. Cost calculation: the app should calculate total costs per consultant role (variable + fixed).
4. Sales price simulation: allow manual input of a project sales price.
5. Profitability calculation: automatically calculate contribution margin using the formula (Revenues – Costs) / Revenues.
6. Results summary: present a clear overview with number and type of consultants, estimated workdays, total costs, sales price, revenues, and profitability.
We need a functional prototype with a clean and easy-to-use interface and we need it done within 2 weeks.
