Project description:
"Project Brief — Fully-Automated Hourly Jackpot (Solana)
Overview
A fully automated, on-chain jackpot that rolls every 60 minutes for a Solana token, viewable in a simple web browser UI.
Round Flow
• A fresh round starts every hour with a live 60:00 countdown.
• The program silently commits a random secret cutoff chosen between 55:00 and 10:00 remaining.
• For every wallet, only its last qualifying buy after its last sell counts (“last buy wins”).
• When the timer hits 00:00, the ten largest qualifying buys (before the secret cutoff) are revealed and the jackpot — exactly 50% of that hour’s Creator Rewards — is split evenly among them.
• All payouts execute on-chain instantly, followed by an immutable proof package: cutoff timestamp, winning transaction hashes, and payout hashes — all linkable via SolScan.
• The next round begins automatically with no human trigger.
Key Requirements
• On-chain program (Rust/Anchor or equivalent) enforcing:
• “Last buy wins” state,
• commit-reveal cutoff (VRF preferred; commit-reveal acceptable),
• winner selection (top-10 by amount; tie-break = earlier timestamp),
• equal distribution of the jackpot.
• Lightweight web front-end (React/[login to view URL] or similar) showing: live timer, current pot, user’s personal qualifying buy, and proof archive.
• Keeper/automation (bot/cron) that triggers only the reveal transaction; all other logic remains deterministic on-chain.
• Transaction-monitoring hooks for anomaly alerts.
• SolScan links wired throughout for transparency.
Deliverables
1. Auditable Solana program with unit tests.
2. Deployment scripts and env configuration.
3. Web front-end integrated with the program.
4. Keeper/automation script with fail-safe restart logic.
5. Documentation covering setup, env vars, and proof workflow.
Acceptance Criteria (Devnet demo)
• One full live cycle: start → hidden cutoff → winner selection → on-chain payouts visible on SolScan → automatic next-round start.
• Proof package published and verifiable.
(Optional but recommended to include)
• Minimum qualifying buy: e.g., >= 0.05 SOL to ignore dust.
• If <10 winners (e.g., low activity), split equally among eligible wallets." (client-provided description)
