"I operate an active Web3 real-estate marketplace and I’m preparing a significant update. The live product already handles on-chain property listings, escrow and wallet login, but two areas now need expert attention:

Frontend
I have a clear roadmap for improving usability and accessibility while weaving in new interactive components (think richer map views, offer counters and real-time wallet feedback). Wireframes are ready; you’ll translate them into production-grade code, keep performance tight and maintain seamless Web3 interactions. Database
Property metadata, user profiles and off-chain proofs sit in a PostgreSQL instance with some IPFS pointers. I need schema tweaks, indexing and storage-layer refinements to keep queries under 100 ms as volume scales. Zero downtime migrations and solid backup routines are non-negotiable.

Deliverables
• Merged, tested pull requests for the new UI components and accessibility upgrades
• Updated database schema, migration scripts and performance benchmarks
• Brief implementation notes so my in-house devs can maintain the changes
