"I’m building a corporate-grade web portal that lets client companies subscribe, upload their job catalogue in bulk, and instantly see two things: the Korn Ferry reference level for every role and current market salary benchmarks.

Design & UX
The overall look must be clean, corporate and professional—think intuitive dashboards, restrained colour palette and clear data visualisation that feels at home in an enterprise HR environment.

Core workflow
1. Company purchases a subscription → secure login is generated.
2. Inside the portal they start with role evaluation. A bulk-upload tool (CSV/XLSX) is the primary path, but the system should still fall back to a short, open-ended questionnaire for any role that arrives without a reference level. After processing, each role is tagged with the correct Korn Ferry reference.
3. Once reference levels are set, users click straight through to a market-data section where the key action is salary benchmarking. They can slice results by geography, industry or percentile and export to Excel or PDF.

Deliverables
• Responsive front-end with that corporate look (React, Vue or similar—open to your recommendation)
• Back-end service that handles file parsing, reference-level logic, and secure data storage (Node, Django, or equivalent)
• Dashboard for salary benchmarking, including simple filter controls and export options
• Stripe (or comparable) subscription setup with automated access controls
• Admin panel so I can manage users, view usage stats and upload new market data files

Acceptance criteria
– Bulk upload correctly processes at least 10,000 roles in one file without error
– Reference levels display within 60 seconds of upload completion
– Salary benchmarks match provided sample data to ±1%
– All pages score 90+ on Google Lighthouse for performance and accessibility
