"I am building “AW”, a Flutter + Firebase mobile application that connects football players with local pitch owners across Iraq in both Arabic and English. The flow is straightforward:

• Players and field owners register with a simple email-and-password sign-up.
• Players create a profile that shows their preferred position, skill level, and basic contact details so team-mates and owners know who they are booking.
• Owners list their pitches, set available time-slots, accept cash payments on-site, and confirm or decline bookings from an in-app dashboard.
• Real-time notifications keep both sides informed of requests, confirmations, and promotional offers.
• After each match, players can rate the pitch and owners can rate the players, helping everyone build trust.

Core build requirements
– Flutter (latest stable) for iOS & Android with clean MVVM or BLoC architecture.
– Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM, and preferably Firebase Storage for pitch photos.
– Dual-language UI (Arabic LTR / English RTL) with on-device switch.
– Location services to surface nearby fields and calculate distance.
– Cash-on-arrival workflow recorded in the database so owners can reconcile bookings.

Deliverables
1. Fully-functional mobile app (APK + IPA test build).
2. Firebase project set-up with security rules and basic analytics events.
3. Owner web or in-app dashboard for managing listings and bookings.
4. Source code in a private Git repository with README for local set-up.
5. Short video walk-through and hand-over session.
