"I need a Windows-compatible application that can take an MP4 source, upscale it as the stream plays, and write the enhanced result back to MP4 with the least possible delay. The goal is true real-time processing—while the original video is still running, the viewer should already see (or record) the higher-resolution version.

High-quality upscaling is more important than brute-force resizing. An AI or advanced interpolation engine that preserves detail, avoids ringing, and limits artifacts is the expectation. GPU acceleration via DirectX, CUDA, Vulkan, or OpenCL is fine as long as the final build runs on standard Windows 10/11 machines without a complicated setup.

Where you rely on pre-trained networks such as ESRGAN, Real-ESRGAN, or waifu2x, please bundle the weights or automate their download. If you train a bespoke model, include reproducible steps so I can swap or fine-tune it later.

Deliverables
• Stand-alone Windows executable (or installer) that accepts an MP4 input stream and outputs an upscaled MP4 in real time.
• Complete, well-commented source code with straightforward build instructions.
• A concise README covering system requirements, usage flow, and how to update or retrain the model.

Acceptance test: I will feed a 1080p MP4 and expect a smooth real-time 4K result; frame drop above 5 % or obvious visual artifacts will be considered a failure." (client-provided description)
