"Project Brief – Website Development for InforSys

Our current site has outgrown its old hosting and security setup, so we need a brand-new corporate web presence built in WordPress, entirely in Spanish, and styled with a clean, professional look that matches our brand identity. The finished site must load fast, rank well, and be simple enough for our internal team to update without developer help.

The graphic line must follow InforSys’s brand guidelines, but the use of reliable and well-supported WordPress templates is allowed, provided they are adapted to reflect our corporate style.

Core Scope

WordPress build from scratch or on a well-supported theme.

Responsive layout that behaves flawlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Contact forms and WhatsApp/chat integrations that route leads directly into our Odoo CRM.

Fully featured blog section, including categories and tags, ready for our content team.

On-page SEO fundamentals in place: semantic HTML, metadata, tidy URL structure, schema where relevant.

Performance hardening (caching, image optimization, minified assets) and security best practices.

Acceptance Criteria

Performance: Google PageSpeed Insights scores consistently “green” (≥95 desktop, ≥75 mobile).

CRM Integration: All form and chat submissions appear inside Odoo with the correct lead fields populated.

Content Editing: Gutenberg blocks (or an agreed page-builder) must allow our staff to change text, images, menus, and blog posts without coding.

Handover: Final delivery includes a short video or live session showing our staff how to perform routine updates and backups.
