"I would like to either revamp my existing website or more likely due to the funcionality, create a new website for my small homes business Little Castles (the site is: [login to view URL])

There is a competitor's website that I'd like to create something similar to in regards to quality, functionality, visual look and style - the web address is: [login to view URL]

The content can be provided in whichever format suits but in addition to the current content on the Little Castles site I want to include and number of additional pages. Specifically:

i) Design 'pages' (which will show the floor plan and elevation of each design and a couple of photos of the completed design along with copy detailing the inclusions, options etc.)

ii) Selections page - can something like the one on this link be achieved?

If not, or if it's a significant cost, I'd like to have a page for 'Themes' which would be 3 themed colour selections that would relate to the flooring, bathroom style and tiling, kitchen cabinet colours, exterior cladding etc.

iii) Free downloadable PDF. I'd like to have an image/link to download a free PDF 'brochure' of information on building a small home. This might be on the home page.

Overall I want to have a high end, stylish and professioal site....the one ofr Pique included above is the level I'm wanting to acheive.
