"I currently run a social web application built on the Base44 framework. It is stable online, but I’m ready to move beyond the browser and publish true native versions for both iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin or Flutter are fine).

Core experience that must come across untouched:
• robust user profiles with avatar, bio, and settings
• real-time messaging system (one-to-one and group)
• continuously updating activity feed

The existing UI works well, yet I welcome a light refresh so the apps feel at home on iOS and Android—think native navigation patterns, platform-specific gestures, and updated typography, while still preserving the brand’s overall look.

Social media APIs (sign-in and sharing to Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram) already power parts of the web app, so the same integrations need to be wired into the mobile builds. All other endpoints are internal and well-documented.

Deliverables
1. Native iOS and Android source code with clean architecture and comments
2. TestFlight and internal Play Beta builds demonstrating the three core features above
3. A short README covering build steps, third-party packages, and any minor design tweaks
4. Guidance on App Store & Play Store submission so I can take it live smoothly
