"I’m launching a new website and need the full cycle covered—from the first wireframe right through to live deployment. That means responsive layouts, fast load times, semantic HTML5, modern CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and solid PHP or WordPress back-end work where it makes sense.

The site must ship with clean, documented code, mobile-first styling, on-page SEO best practices, and performance that comfortably clears a 90+ Lighthouse score. Cross-browser consistency and accessibility (WCAG-friendly markup, logical heading structure, alt text) are non-negotiable, and Git should be used for version control so I can review progress.

Deliverables
• High-fidelity UI mock-ups approved before coding begins
• Fully functional, deployable site or web application hosted on my server
• Brief hand-over guide explaining build steps, plug-ins, and environment variables

Acceptance criteria
1. Pages render correctly on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, plus mobile browsers.
2. Core Web Vitals in the green zone.
3. Yoast (or equivalent) flags no critical SEO issues.
