I already have the usual FAQs and policy text; what I need is someone who can turn that content into a smooth, conversational AI flow—think intent recognition, contextual follow-ups, and polite escalation triggers if the bot can’t solve an issue. You’re free to recommend the best stack, whether that means Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or a lightweight NLP layer of your choice, as long as it can be hosted securely and scales for peak-season traffic.

When we’re done I expect:
