Build Custom Power Dialer with RingCentral + Go High Level CRM + SmartMoving Integration

Project Description:
We are a fast-growing moving company using Go High Level (top-tier SaaS plan) as our primary CRM and automation platform. We are seeking a skilled developer or team to build a custom Power Dialer solution and implement API-based integrations between:

RingCentral (our VoIP provider)

Go High Level (GHL) (our sales and marketing CRM)

SmartMoving (our operations and estimate software for the moving industry)

This project involves both frontend development (dialer interface) and backend API integrations for seamless data flow and automation between platforms.

Key Deliverables
1. Custom Power Dialer (RingCentral + Go High Level)
Web-based dialer interface for our sales team

Authenticate users via RingCentral (OAuth 2.0)

Fetch lead data assigned to the user from Go High Level using its API

Display contact details, call script, and previous notes

Enable click-to-call or auto-dialing functionality using RingCentral's API

After each call:

Allow reps to select call outcomes (Interested, No Answer, Not Interested, etc.)

Add notes

Update CRM pipeline stages

Apply or remove tags in GHL

Send call logs and notes back to the corresponding contact record in Go High Level

2. SmartMoving ↔ Go High Level Sync
Inbound Integration: When a move is marked “Closed” or “Completed” in SmartMoving, send the client record to Go High Level

Apply tags such as Client-Closed or Referral-Ready

Automatically trigger referral or review campaigns (via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or voicemail drop)

Outbound Integration: When a contact in Go High Level is tagged SendToSmartMoving, push contact data to SmartMoving

Include all necessary client details: name, phone, email, address, move type, etc.

Notify the estimating team to prepare and book the job

3. Marketing Automation and Campaign Logic
Using Go High Level workflows and custom triggers, the system should:

Launch drip campaigns across multiple channels:

Email

SMS

WhatsApp (using Twilio or Gupshup)

Voicemail drops

Campaigns will be triggered based on lead tags or pipeline stages:
