Project description:
"Android Studio refuses to start on my Windows machine and keeps throwing the “daemon process” error. The JDK is already in place, but something in the IDE setup is clearly mis-configured. I need someone to take me from this error screen to a clean, working installation that can compile and run a sample app.
Here is what I expect:
• Install or repair Android Studio so it launches without the daemon error.
• Verify the SDK path, Gradle, and any other dependencies are correctly linked to the existing JDK.
• Spin up an emulator (or another test device if that’s simpler) and prove a new blank project builds and runs.
• Leave me a short, step-by-step note of the changes you made so I can repeat the process if I ever reinstall.
A remote session is fine, and I’m available to test builds while you work. If you’ve fixed this specific issue before, even better—please let me know.
THIS IS MY ERROR :
Unable to start the daemon process.
This problem might be caused by incorrect configuration of the daemon.
For example, an unrecognized jvm option is [login to view URL] more details on the daemon, please refer to [login to view URL] in the Gradle documentation.
