"We are seeking a skilled chatbot developer to build a WhatsApp-based AI healthcare assistant for our platform H Pulse. The chatbot will serve as a virtual health assistant providing users with health insights, guidance, and an option for doctor consultation.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy a WhatsApp chatbot using Twilio, WATI, Gupshup, Botpress, or Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

Integrate AI/NLP frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, LangChain, or OpenAI API) for natural, patient-friendly conversations.

Implement features for:

Symptom intake → provide basic health insights (not diagnosis).

Lifestyle advice → suggest diet and exercise based on user input.

Report understanding → read and simplify uploaded medical reports into plain language.

Doctor consultation option → enable seamless transition to a human doctor (in-app or via WhatsApp).

Payment integration → allow users to securely pay for doctor consultations.


Ensure clean, user-friendly conversation flows with predefined fallback responses.

Handle user health data securely in compliance with basic healthcare privacy standards.

Proven experience in building and deploying WhatsApp chatbots.

Strong understanding of AI/NLP frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar).

Experience with document parsing / summarization features.
