"I need a mobile application that helps students prepare for academic competitive exams. The app has to be available on both iOS and Android, so feel free to suggest either two native builds or a single cross-platform approach with Flutter, React Native, or any framework you trust.

Core idea
Students should be able to browse structured question banks, take timed mock tests, and review detailed performance analytics that highlight strengths and weaknesses. A clean, distraction-free interface and fast offline access to downloaded question sets are priorities for me.

Scope & deliverables
• Fully functioning iOS and Android builds published to TestFlight / Google Play Internal Testing
• Admin-friendly way to import, edit, and tag questions (CSV or simple web panel is fine)
• Timed and untimed test modes, automatic scoring, and basic progress charts
• Secure user login using email or social sign-in
• Source code, build instructions, and one round of post-launch bug fixes

Acceptance criteria
The app must install without errors on the latest iOS and Android major versions, complete a full mock test without crashing, and sync user scores to the database reliably even on spotty connections.
