"I’m putting together a fresh LoopBack 3 backend in Node.js and want the core pieces implemented properly from the start. The whole point of this build is clean, version-controlled REST API development, wired to a MongoDB database and protected with JWT-based authentication.

Here’s what I need delivered:

• A LoopBack 4 project scaffolded in TypeScript and committed in a Git-friendly structure
• MongoDB datasource configured via environment variables so it’s easy to swap between local and production clusters
• Two example domain models, their repositories, and controllers exposed through standard CRUD endpoints
• JWT login / register flow using Access tokens, plus middleware that validates tokens on protected routes
• OpenAPI spec auto-generated by LoopBack, along with a small Postman or Insomnia collection that proves the main calls work
• A brief README explaining setup, env vars, and how to run tests or seed sample data

Acceptance is simple: clone, npm install, set env vars, run npm test, and hit the documented endpoints—everything should connect to MongoDB and return valid JSON with proper auth checks.
