"I need a straightforward mobile application whose sole focus, for now, is taking customers from a filled cart to a completed purchase. Think of it as the checkout layer of a larger e-commerce ecosystem. The screens are minimal—cart review, address capture, secure payment, and confirmation—but the payment flow must be rock-solid.

Here is what I am aiming for:
• Native or cross-platform build that runs smoothly on recent iOS and Android versions.
• Seamless integration with a mainstream payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or similar) including card vaulting, Apple Pay / Google Pay, and strong encryption throughout every transaction.
• Basic order summary endpoint so I can pipe the completed sale back to our existing inventory system via REST or GraphQL.
• Clean, modern UI that matches my brand colors (I will supply the palette and logo).

When handing over the project, please provide:
• Full source code and build instructions.
• A brief README describing environment variables and how to switch payment gateways.
• Postman collection or cURL examples that demonstrate the order callback.
