"Project Title:
Publish Existing PWA as Native Apps (iOS + Android, Expo EAS)

Description:
I already have a completed Progressive Web App (PWA) and need it wrapped and deployed as native apps for iOS and Android using Expo EAS. I also already have my Apple Developer and Google Play Developer accounts set up, along with app icons, screenshots, and required assets.

Scope of Work (included):
1. Wrap my existing PWA in a WebView for both iOS and Android.
2. Configure app icons, splash screen, and offline fallback screen.
3. Prepare App Store–compliant builds (IPA + AAB).
4. Test and debug builds.
5. Submit to both App Store and Google Play.
6. Handle resubmissions until approval (no extra cost) if due to compliance, configuration, or guideline issues.

Exclusions (additional cost if required):
• If Apple/Google specifically require native features beyond wrapping (e.g., push notifications, deeper native integrations, backend changes, or mobile responsiveness fixes), that work will be separately estimated and agreed upon.

Budget & Payment:
• My budget is $575 total flat rate, based on your previous estimate of ~46–48 hours at $12/hr.
• I’ll create milestones that correspond to deliverables:
• WebView + splash/icon setup
• Test builds (Android + iOS) delivered
• Final submission + approval
