"I’m building a lightweight channel-manager that connects directly to the MakeMyTrip and [login to view URL] APIs so I can view and control all my inventory from a single web interface. The app must pull property details, pricing, availability and confirmed reservations from both OTAs, then push updates back out automatically every 15 minutes without fail.

The interface will be browser-based and split into two main work areas:
• Property Management – edit listing info, rates, restrictions and photos side-by-side for both channels.
• Reservation Management – view, filter and modify bookings, with clear status indicators for new, modified or cancelled stays.

Key technical needs
• Proven experience with the official MMT & [login to view URL] (or comparable) APIs, including secure OAuth / key-based authentication and strict rate-limit compliance.
• Server-side job or cron task that triggers the 15-minute sync cycle, with detailed logging and graceful error handling / retries.
• Clean, responsive UI (React, Vue, plain JS—your call) that surfaces sync status, last update time and any API errors in real time.
• Well-structured database schema for properties, room types, rate plans and reservations so I can extend to more OTAs later.
• Deployable on a standard Linux stack; Docker is fine if it streamlines setup.

Deliverables
1. Source code (frontend, backend and database migrations) in a private Git repo.
2. Setup script or Dockerfile plus README so I can stand it up on my own server.
3. One-page user guide covering daily workflows and troubleshooting.
4. Short hand-off session (video or live call) to walk through the codebase, sync logic and API limits.
