"I’m building out a brand-new technology web directory and need help turning thousands of raw URLs into polished, search-friendly listings. Each listing must be entered into our CMS with complete contact data, a concise yet compelling meta title, and a keyword-aware meta description. Because I don’t yet have a fixed style guide for those metas, I’ll look to you to propose best-practice length, tone, and keyword placement and then apply it consistently across the project.

The sites we’re onboarding fall under the broader “Link Directory / Web Directory” category within the tech niche, so familiarity with common tech terminology and an eye for what genuinely adds value to users is essential. Accuracy matters: I’ll be spot-checking for duplicate content, spelling, and formatting consistency, and I expect a steady daily throughput without sacrificing quality.

Deliverables for each approved batch
• Complete, error-free listing in the CMS (name, URL, brief description, logo if available)
• Unique meta title (≈60 characters) and meta description (≈155 characters) written to encourage click-through
• Spreadsheet export summarising URLs added, metas used, and any flags or notes

Once the first 100 listings meet the above criteria, we’ll roll into ongoing weekly milestones until the directory is fully populated.
