"The site is throwing several PHP errors and running into occasional server-configuration hiccups that I access through cPanel. I need those backend issues cleaned up first so the admin area stops timing out and every public page loads without warnings.

Once the codebase is healthy, I want to add a reliable video experience for uploaded MP4s (desktop and mobile). I have no fixed attachment to any particular player, so you are free to recommend an HTML5 library, a lightweight custom build, or another solution you trust—smooth playback and quick buffering are what matter most.

With the technical pieces in place, the front-end needs a facelift. I’m after a modern, clutter-free look that feels consistent on phones, tablets, and desktops, while keeping load speeds snappy. If you also bring SEO insight and deep mobile-performance tricks, that’s a plus I’ll gladly reward.
