Project description:
"I need an end-to-end mobile app (Android first, iOS shortly after) that lets users buy from us and sell to us a wide range of cryptocurrencies—Bitcoin, Ethereum, plus other mainstream altcoins. This is not a peer-to-peer exchange: every trade happens directly with the platform’s treasury, so spreads, fees, and wallet flows will be controlled entirely on our side.

Key flow I want polished first is the crypto buying and selling journey. Users should be able to:

• fund their account through mobile money (primary gateway),
• hold balances in fiat or the supported coins,
• press “Buy” or “Sell” and get an instant quote, and
• see the trade reflected immediately in their wallet.

Beyond that core, the app must let a user convert one coin into another at live rates, again against our own liquidity.

Virtual financial tools: I would like each verified user to be able to spin up a virtual USD or EUR card (much like the example in [login to view URL]). The card should be reloadable either from their crypto wallet or their fiat balance. If you have an out-of-the-box solution for issuing foreign bank accounts, please outline it; otherwise, leave the architecture open so it can be added later.

Please review the sample app link above for the look-and-feel and overall usability I’m aiming for. After reading these requirements, let me know:

1. whether everything is clear or if any edge cases still need scoping,
2. the tech stack you recommend for both the mobile front-end (Kotlin / Swift / Flutter / React Native, etc.) and the back-end (Node, Django, Go, etc.) including how you would handle custody, KYC, and real-time pricing, and
3. an estimated timeline with a cost breakdown by major milestone (design, MVP delivery, closed beta, production hardening).
